No, you cannot get any government college with a good branch or any branch. You should try the private colleges such as Amity, LPU.

No. you cannot get IT or CSE branch in DTU with EWS rank of 27681, it usually ends up at 4-5k rank in JEE mains, you can see other branches in DTU, NSUT or IIIT DELHI. You will find good choices with this rank but surely not IT or CSE in DTU.

There are some state government colleges but should go for private colleges like LPU or Amity. You can also apply for good colleges like Thapar if you have a good board score but with a category rank of 324312 in JEE Mains you should think of private colleges as finding government colleges is tough.

CSE/IT in NITS is almost not possible but non core branches are possible in last round/spot round. Also newer IIITs have options, you can try ECE/IT in new IIITs also. You can give VITEEE exam otherwise in general category. All the courses with integrated M.Tech are tough to get in 95000 rank

With a JEE Main score of 53.06 and a SC category rank of 55137 in JEE Mains, securing admission in top NITs, IIITs, or GFTIs may be challenging. you better try other universities or private B.Tech colleges.

Yes, you can get admission to the CSE programme on the basis of the 12th HSC board exam. Many private universities offer direct admission to CSE based on your 12th HSC board marks without requiring JEE or MHT CET. The universities like MIT-WPU (Pune), Amity University, Sharda University, Lovely Professional University (LPU), Manipal University and Symbiosis Institute of Technology provide admission.

With an OBC category rank of 338,497 in JEE Main, securing admission in NITs, IIITs, is highly impossible. so better you try other universty exams such as Amity University, Lovely Professional University (LPU), SRM Institute of Science and Technology, and VIT Vellore as they conduct their own entrance exams or have management quotas. They often have more flexible admission criteria.
