The IIT coaching centres are plenty these days so we cannot judge any coaching centre as we don't have any idea about their preparation method. We can just see the students passing out from there and their ranks. And it also varies every year as it depends more on the student than the classes. So wherever you go, your effort matters a lot. Choose the one near you and also put a lot of effort.

Trying for the third time shows your aspiration towards NITs and IITs but if you cannot score well then it is better to join a decent college with your board exam marks and then you can pursue your M.Tech from IITs by clearing GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering).

You need to apply for JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) once you are about to complete your class 12th board exam. The applications for the JEE exams will be opened in the month of December and the last date will be the mid of January.
After that, you need to download the admit card to write the exam at the respective centre.

Have a strong knowledge of the concepts so that you can easily answer nearly 40% of the paper in physics and chemistry. The previous year papers help you in getting an idea of how the questions are being asked.

Yes, for SC and ST category students the board exam marks have been relaxed to 65%. Only for general and OBC category students, the required percentage in class 12th board exams is 75%.
So if you have 65% as an SC candidate then you are eligible.
