The minimum rank which you must score to seek admission in any NIT would be around 35000.

If you have such a rank, then I would suggest you get into any NIT, as their prestige and name is much above than any private college and you will get optimum exposure.

You need to get 75% marks from Physics, Chemistry and Maths for general category for getting into IIT, Gandhinagar.

The total fees for your entire course would be Rs.1,60,000.
It may vary according to your choice of preparing for JEE Mains or Advance, as they have different sets of payment option for each.

For that purpose, you must have given JEE for B.Arch. It is their official exam for architecture. Then they have their counseling procedure. You can even consider giving NATO.

The caste wise cut-off is given below:
1) General (OC) - 81
2) OBC- ncl-49
3) SC-32
4) ST-27
5) PWD-1.
If you scored these marks, as per your caste then you can write JEE Advanced. But, this year the JEE Advanced exam got over. So, if you have qualified JEE Mains, you need to apply for JOSAA counselling at www.josaa.nic.in after the results of JEE Advanced.
