JEE aptitude test 2017 is for B.Arch course and its pattern is different from JEE Mains.

The candidate appearing for class 12th examination in 2017 or passed class 12th examination in 2016 are eligible for BITSAT 2017. If a student has taken more than one attempt in class 12th or its equivalent, then his latest performance is considered, provided this attempt has been for the full component of subjects.

You do not meet the eligibility criteria, hence you cannot appear for this entrance exam. Your best chance to pursue degree is to get good marks in Diploma and bid for admission in the 2nd year of engineering.

The forms are available since yesterday. You can buy the same after showing your Adhar card in all over India. You may go to the site of JEE Mains and check for the same.
