Satyanshi dropping an year won't be a good idea because if you don't get a good score next year then you would repent wasting an year.
Better would be try for admission in some good private university and side by side prepare for GATE. These days we have so many good private universities imparting quality education to the students around the world. They offer you admission on JEE scores/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th. Some of these also offer good scholarships based on any one of the above mentioned admission criteria.

Yes there wont be any issue and you will treated as a normal student, gap year in between graduation creates problem but before taking admission it wont create any issue

you need to study throughly one year more in each and every section. of physics , mathematics and chemistry. solve mock test of previous year IIT JEE papers then you got good college which could fetch good salary.
