To get selected in a B.Tech college in India, the student first must select the college they want to get in, once they have an idea of which college they want, they can fill the entrance exam application form. JEE Mains is one of the entrance exams, and mostly all of the engineering colleges in India accept JEE Mains score. This year's cutoff for B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering in Seacom Skills University - SSU is 845351. So a student with 70 percentile in JEE Mains can easily get into Seacom Skills University.Apart from this a student qualifying for JEE exam for Seacom Skills University - SSU a student must fulfill the basic criteria of getting minimum 45 percent in 10+2.

Yes, it accepts the JEE scores also for giving admission into B.Tech courses. The admission in Sri Padmavati Mahila Vishvavidyalay is given based on ranks obtained in JEE mains, Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, TS EAMCET or Any State Level Eligibility Test,   Marks in BIE or Equivalent in the order of preference indicated. 

So one is provided with a wide variety of exams to appear for to take admission in this university.
