No, you can not get into Jamia Millia Islamia-Faculty of Architectre & Ekistics with 70% in JEE Mains. Yes School of Engineering and Technology accept JEE score as mentioned in their eligibility criteria:
- 10+2 certificate from recognised board.
- 10+2 with minimum 75 percent aggregates.
- Physics chemistry and mathematics as compulsory subjects in 10+2.
- A valid entrance exam scores.
The list of entrance exams accepted in School of Engineering and Technology is:

So yes School of Engineering and Technology accept JEE score.

Yes you can easily get B.Tech at IIFA Lancaster with 75 percentile in JEE.
Their eligibility criteria states:
- 10+2 certificate from a recognised board.
- 10+2 with atleast 75 percent aggregates.
- A valid JEE MAINS score.
As per previous admission trends it's quite easy to get B.Tech in IIFA with 75 percentile score.

Yes, JEE is required for B Tech at Dhole Patil College of Engineering - DPCOE. Admission to Dhole Patil College of Engineering B.Tech 2023 is based on the results of JEE Mains followed by JoSAA Counseling.
But it is not mandatory. You can also go through with 12th aggregate and through management quota. But if you go through with JEE Mains then you will have huge respect and also you have less fees.
