Yes, JEE is not required for B.Tech admission at Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University (JNAFAU). The university conducts its own entrance exam for admission to B.Tech courses
 The eligibility criterion for B.Tech courses at JNAFAU includes passing the 10+2 level with PCM as compulsory subjects
 Therefore, JEE is not a requirement for admission to B.Tech at JNAFAU.

To apply for BTech IT, the applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements: Candidates must pass their 10+2 Or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50 percent marks from a recognised institution. They must have majored in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in high school.

The JEE Main 2023 cutoff has been released for different categories such as for General Category is 90 percentile while the IIT JEE cut of 2023 for OBC-NCL is 73.611, EWS is 75.622, SC is 51.977. To get admission in B.Tech at Alakh Prakash Goyal Shimla University, You should be appearing for JEE MAINS Entrance Examination.

The cut-off of the examination is as follows - 

•90+ percentile for General Category

•75+ percentile for EWS category 

•51+ for SC Category.

75 Percentile in JEE MAINS may or may not be enough depending upon the category you fall in . 

As for the exclusive cut-off for admission in Alakh Prakash Goyal Shimla University , It is not out yet.
