Now, as for the minimum JEE Main percentile required, it's important to note that the specific percentile can vary from year to year and is determined by the college. To get the most accurate and up-to-date in

The B.Tech. selection process varies depending on the university. The rank prediction for you percentage is approximately  1.5 -2.5 lakhs. If you belong to the general category, this rank is not enough for you to secure a seat in IIT's, NIT's. It is better that you try in private engineering colleges under B category seats.

But if you belong to SC/ST category you can to secure a seat in North Indian colleges like NIT Mizoram, Meghalaya  but, you will not be able to get a seat in CSE, IT.

Even though one cannot apply for admission in an NIT or IIIT with a JEE Main percentile score between 70 and 80 that does not mean an end of the road. There are several other colleges where candidates wi

Candidates need to pass their class 12 Science stream with 50% marks, or 45% for SC/ST category, and have at least 80 to 85 percentiles in NCHMCT JEE for selection into top institutes . For B.Tech, the selection process involves appearing for JEE  main exam for colleges like NITs and DUs, while admission to IIT  is done through JEE advanced .

You have to give the JEE Mains exam first which is divided into two parts which means you can sit for the exams for 2 times . The first phase of the exam helds in the month of January and the second phase helds in the month of April-May. The exam fees is nearly 1500? In two attempts, the top schore which you have got will be on count. If I simplify this, suppose you get 85 percentile in the first attempt but you get 92 percentile in the second attempt then the 92 percentile score will be on count.

Minimum percentile is

Above 90 percentile (for general)

Above 60 percentile (for sc, it may vary)

For OBC candidates it is 75-85 per
