If two or more candidate obtains same or equal percentile scores, NTA uses a criteria to resolve the tie. In Paper 1 (BE/B.Tech), candidates having higher score in Mathematics is placed high in merit. In case tie still exists, marks of Physics and Chemistry would be compared.
