Since 50% of B.Tech programme seats are based on normalized 10+2 aggregate, you can still be admitted to Sastra University's BTech programme even if you haven't taken the JEE Main test.To enter Sastra University's stream 1, you must receive 90 to 95% of the possible points in your 12th grade exams. You must get at least 90% to be admitted to Sastra University because the subject you will take will also depend on your grade in 12th grade.

Yes, you are eligible for JEE 2024 if you are in the top 20 percentile of your respective board. According to the revised eligibility criteria, apart from their All-India rank in JEE-Main, a student should either have scored 75% and above in Class 12 board exam or figured among the top 20 percentile candidates of the respective board.

Since your JEE Mains and JEE Advanced ranks are good enough to get a seat in one of the IITs. You have a high chance of getting into these IITs like IIT Roorkee, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, IIT Kharagpur, and so on. It is important to note that the cutoffs for different IITs vary every year, so it is difficult to say which IIT you will get into with your current ranks.

Yes, you can take admission in JMI if you have only given the second attempt of JEE Mains. But your rank in the second attempt should be good enough to get a seat in the desired course. In the year 2022, the cut-off for B.Tech in Computer Science at JMI was 99.600 for the general category and 93.200 for the reserved category. So you would need to score at least 99.600 in the JEE Mains in order to get a seat in B.Tech in Computer Science at JMI.
