Your percentile is good. As per the previous year cutoffs you can get Medium ranked NITs such as NIT Nagpur, NIT Raipur, NIT Bhopal, NIT Rourkela, etc. You can also get some higher ranked NITs but you may have to compromise with the branch. You can also get good IIITs such as IIIT Jabalpur, IIIT Nag

No, you have to apply for the WBJEE examination and then fill in Jadavpur University courses in the choice filling process of the centralized counselling conducted by WBJEEB.

No, MHT CET is possible to Crack but JEE Main requires depth knowledge over every topics and each topics are connected to each other. I am sharing this according to my personal experiences. I Hope that my opinion helps you
