If you have appeared for 12th class Science stream examination, you can appear for JEE mains. However, for JEE advanced and getting admission to NITs and IITs a minimum 75% is required or one needs to be in the top 20 percentile list issued by your board. Hope this helps.

As far as I know, class 12th result does not matter for JEE. If you want to be eligible for JEE Mains, so you must have to clear JEE.

With a 44 percentile score in JEE Mains, your chances of securing admission to the top engineering colleges through the central counseling process (JoSAA) may be limited. However, there are several other engineering colleges where you can explore admission options.

Some colleges that accept JEE Mains scores and may consider candidates with lower percentiles for B.Tech programs are:

1. Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management, Nagpur

2. Lovely Professional University, Punjab

3. Galgotias University, Uttar Pradesh

4. SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai

5. Chitkara University, Punjab

6. Poornima College of Engineering,

With a prep ST rank of 49, you have a good chance of getting admission to an IIT. The best branches you may get include Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Civil Engineering (CE), Chemical Engineering (CH), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Aerospace Engineering (AE), Biotechnology (BT), Materials Science and Engineering (MSE), and Metallurgical and Materials Engineering (MME). However, it's important to check the official websites and previous year's cutoff ranks for more accurate information.

No, It is hard for you to get into a government engineering college since you have a low percentile in JEE. You can get some average engineering colleges near you. My suggestion is to attempt the JEE once again and try to score a good percentile.

Yes, You can get into some average college in Pune for engineering with your JEE score. Probably you should decide whether you are going to re-attempt your JEE exam or you are going to join some random colleges in Pune.

With a CRL rank of 14092, you may be able to get admission to some of the lower-ranked NITs in general category. However, your chances of getting admission to a top NIT in a popular branch, such as CSE or ECE, are slim.

You may have better chances of getting admission to a NIT in a less popular branch, such as civil engineering or mechanical engineering. You may also want to consider applying for the spot round, which is held after the first round of admissions.

Here are some colleges that you may be able to get into with a CRL rank of 14092:

  • NIT Agartala
  • NIT Allahabad
  • NIT Durgapur
  • NIT Jamshedpur
  • NIT Kurukshetra

It is important to note that yo
