Kashmir University is a public university and ranks 53rd among the top universities in India (NIRF 2022).
The basic eligibility criteria for taking admission into the B.Tech. in Civil Engineering course of the university are as follows:
For open merit, the candidate must have completed 10+2 or an equivalent from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and a 45% aggregate score.
Also, candidates have to qualify for JEE Mains with a decent percentile, usually above 70.

Congratulations, very good percentile. But you can't get the best college in JEE. To get a seat in JEE cast is more important than percentile of course your percentile is okay. You can't expect CSE course in JEE. Probably you can't get a seat in JEE. Because it is based on cast reservation.

Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test TS EAMCET is held for admission to various undergraduate professional courses like BE and B.Tech offered in universities or private colleges in the state of Telangana.
