Hi, The cutoff varies branches wise and also category wise. As a general category for top branches like CSE, you require more than 270 to get admission in IIIT Hyderabad. You should score more than 220 marks to get into IIIT Hyderabad (other branches).

Although you are saying percentage what you mean must be percentile in JEE Mains. Considering that you are an SC candidate I feel you should get admission to one of the NIT's. However, whether you will get admission for computer sciences engineering or not I will depend on how those placed above you give their choices. Yes, there are 50% seats reserved for the state board quota (filled by ACPC which is the admission committee for professional courses in Gujarat), and the remaining 50% seats will be filled directly through your score in the jee examination every year.
