Hello Vinay,
It's difficult to say what percentile will be required, particularly for CSE. This is so since almost every student desires that he should get this branch. However, there is another method of finding it out. I am attaching a link that can predict college for you depending on your performance in JEE Mains. I suggest you put in different percentile and find out as to at what percentile you get admission in the institute that you desire. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/jee-main-college-predictor
