Hello Smita, I can understand your angst when you are trying to fill up application form for JEE Advanced and a particular centre is not opening. It's quite distracting. Sometimes computer systems behave very erratically. The best solution is switch off your laptop or desktop and switch on again. Perhaps the problem will vanish, if it persists then you have to approach the webmaster for registering your complaint and waiting the grievance to be sorted out.
