1) If you know the concept well. Be confident and read the marked points and solve the tough problems. Check yourself if you can solve the derivation without checking in the register, then you know it, otherwise not.
2) Forget about the difficulty level of a topic. Just preview it before reading it. Mark important topic, problems etc. Summarize it to recall it. Time to test your concepts. Solve previous year questions. Now clear your doubt. Solve hard level problems of JEE Physics or everything will go in vain.

No, in order to get into JU, you have to appear for WBJE atleast, if not JEE, but in case you want to get into a university irrespective of the test then you need to have a strong connection with any leader of the college.

Yes you may obviously get admission this way, it is called lateral entry, but the fact is that would require a hige sum of money, and if you can afford that the it is well and good.

Yes, you can but giving JEE would help you get into government institutions, otherwise you can always give the entrance tests of private colleges and get admission for CSE.

Firstly, think about weak areas in which you need more practice select your good and bad topics in every subject physics, chemistry, maths, etc. Then, try to give time to each subject every day and do revision on the weekend for whatever you read in the entire week. Try to solve previous year question papers on every weekend so that you can be aware about your level and your weak areas. Don't overload yourself and no need to be stressed. Do 15 minutes of meditation every day in morning and evening. It will help you in proper concentration. According to me, start your study at 4 in the morning and try to clear your concepts

JEE-Mains and JEE-Advance are the only available options for admission in IITs and NITs. Therefore, you have to appear in JEE exams accordingly.
