No, NCERT books are not enough to prepare for JEE. They are enough for only chemistry for physics and Maths, you will score more than use coaching.

JEE syllabus is same as class 11th and class 12th Physics, Chemistry, Math syllabus, but questions are changed. There you need to get a coaching.
