No, the maximum cutoff for female in OBC category at IET DAVV is 60000. You will have to move to other colleges with your OBC rank as it would not be possible for you to get IET DAVV.

Hello Rajesh,
Here are few colleges that I had filled out at my time of JEE. You might or might not be eligible for all of them, but you should think of them while applying.
Pune: COEP, VIT, PICT, VIIT, SIT, D Y Patil, PCCOE, SIT
Mumbai: VJTI, SP, KJ, VIT, LT, for Rodrigues
Nashik: KKW (A good college under Pune University)

Hi Pratik,
Congratulations for your JEE Mains results! You would get mechanical engineering in VIT Pune in the very first or second round. Your score is very good.

Hi Nameet,
You have got good percentiles. However, with this score it would be difficult to get VIT Pune in the very first round. Still apply and wait until the results of last rounds are announced. You might get it then.

Hello Venkata, you have great scores which increases your chances of getting a top branch like CSE and ECE at Sastra University. Since the competition is too high, it is difficult to predict the chances. But as of you, you can get EEE, Civil, ICT and Mechanical branches easily. You may try your best at the counseling to get the course you wish for. All the best!

Hi Satyam,
You have a good percentile. However, with this score you might not get VIT Pune in the very first round.
I have done chemical engineering from same college and I had got 93 percentiles at my time of JEE Mains.
Still you should apply and wait until the results of last round are announced. You might get it then.
I hope this helps.
