Firstly you need to find out that if you have the aptitude to become an engineer, then choose right subjects in your higher secondary school, because the courses of engineering contains 11th and 12th class studies.
Now prepare for the entrance exams, you should have a well preparation strategy. You have to strengthen the base of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Go through the syllabus of examination.
Self-study is the most imp part for engineering preparation. Your marks in 12th boards have also an important role.
