JEMAT exam is conducted for admission to MBA and MHA courses. Candidates who wish for admissions through JEMAT exam will have to take the entrance exam. Candidates are shortlisted for admissions based on their entrance exam scores, performance in GD/PI, and the counselling rounds.

JEMAT or Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test is a state-level entrance exam for admissions in top B-Schools of West Bengal. The Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal (MAKAUT, WB) administers JEMAT every year for MBA admission. The exam was conducted on June 29, 2024. In most of the JEMAT accepting colleges sectional scores are not taken into consideration. However, the candidates must check the admission criteria and guidelines thoroughly for the same. If the sectional scores are taken into cnosideration, candidates must meet the minimum qualifying score to be eligible for admission through JEMAT exam. MAKAUT conducts JEMAT for admissions to MBA and MHA courses.
