She can sit in JoSAA counselling but there is no chance of getting any NIT or IIIT college. She may try for GFTIs colleges or private colleges with this rank in JoSAA or CSAB counselling.

Yes, you can participate in JoSAA counselling. You can select the state, college and branch as per your interest and convenience. Many students of Bihar prefer West Bengal and Delhi. In West Bengal, you will complete your degree in the cheap and best way. Delhi is a little bit costly. If you don't have any financial problems, then go for Delhi.
Best of luck.

Yes, you can apply for JEE counselling on JoSAA portal. JEE cutoff is just for advance exam selection. So, you can do choice fill up on JoSAA, and even you can get colleges if it comes under any rank range of a college. So, do choice fill up well.

Hello Pobalaji, With this rank, it is difficult to get a seat through JoSAA counseling. Hence you may try for the colleges via your board exam scores or by giving other entrance exams. All the best !

Hi Tanay,
The procedure for getting admission in any private colleges through JEE Mains is same for all the colleges. You need to participate in the counselling process of JoSAA. Your college will be allocated from that counselling only. At the time of counselling select these colleges, D Y Patil, K J Somaiya, etc.
