Hello Aryaman, You have medium chances of getting IIIT Delhi with your rank. Hence try your best at the counseling to get the college and branch you wish for. You can also use the predictor tool to know the colleges that you can get with your rank :

Hello,
It is difficult to get a top college with this percentile. But, you can apply for JoSAA counseling and try to get a better one if you haven't appeared for any other exams since the colleges under JoSAA are slightly better than other government colleges.
