To be considered for the BTech course at Junagadh Agricultural University, one should have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (Class 12) in the Science stream with Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and English as core subjects from a recognised board or university in Gujarat, or any equivalent examination acceptable to the university. Admission depends on the marks scored in the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) and the Class 12 examination.

The fee of the BTech course at Junagadh Agricultural University for the whole period of four years is INR 68,000. Additionally, students also need to remit the course fee installment one when they are shortlisted for admission. They may also be required to pay some one-time fees, such as a security deposit, admission fee, etc.

Junagadh Agricultural University accepts admission for MBA programmes based on entrance exam scores, ICAR AITEE, GD, and PI. Also undergraduate degree with a minimum of 60% (6/10 OGPA) marks is necessary. For SC and ST the candidate must have a minimum percentage of 50 (5/10) OGPA.
