ISME - Bangalore doesn't accept MHCET. As far as CAT score is concerned it is difficult to get through as the cutoff is above 60 percentile. You can reappear and score well to get good colleges.

Dear Ricky,
Both places are good for B.Tech. In Delhi, the best colleges are Delhi College of Engineering, IP University, Amity University, Subhash Chandra Institute of Technology and MAIT.
In Bangalore, good colleges are AMC College of Engineering, SVCE, HKBKCE, RV College of Engineering, etc.

The cut off for Welingkar PGDM core is 92 percentile. The placement is fantastic and average salaries are around Rs.6 LPA to Rs.9 LPA for top 70% students.
