IISc Bangalore, shortlists candidates based on vacancies available in different categories of students. This is done based on Common rank list. Last year cutoffs declared for SC was 1200.

ISME - Bangalore doesn’t accept MHCET. As far as CAT score is concerned it is difficult to get through as the cutoff is above 60 percentile. You can reappear and score well to get good colleges.

40 months of experience is higher than usual. The colleges also look for profile of your work. Your CMAT and UG percentage are at par. You can expect a selection.

Both places are good for B.Tech. In Delhi, the best colleges are Delhi College of Engineering, IP University, Amity University, Subhash Chandra Institute of Technology and MAIT.
