Hello, No this is not possible, because each state have their own entrance test and syllabus. However Veermata Jijabai technological Institute, Mumbai is offering admission in 2nd year of engineering Diploma courses. The eligibility criteria are as under. Eligibility criteria :-
Candidate passed 12th standard with physics, chemistry along with MATH/BIO from Maharashtra from a recognised institution. Of course, you can join in any state, your marks and qualifications are what matters not the region, there are certain universities which give privilege to the local students, so maybe you have to work hard for that matter, but again if you score good marks then you will easily get admission.
