Kongu Engineering College application forms 2025 are open for all courses. Candidates seeking admission to any courses can apply online through the official website of their respective entrance exam. Admission to all the courses is majorly entrance-based except BSc and MSc. Further, admission to BTech is based on TNEA counselling for this candidates need to apply on the official website of TNEA.

Kongu Engineering College admission to some UG and PG courses is based on TNEA Counselling and TANCET, CEETA, and GATE entrance exams, respectively. However, for BSc and MSc, the college offers admission based on the last qualifying exam. Further, to be eligible for admission, candidates also need to pass Class 12 for admission to UG courses and a graduation degree for admission to PG courses, respectively.

Yes, CEETA-PG is required for admission to M.E./MTech at Kongu Engineering College. CEETA is the Common Entrance Examination for Engineering and Architecture which is mandatory for admission to M.E./MTech. Candidates seeking admission to M.E./MTech are required to apply and appear for CEETA- PG to be eligible for admission. Further, the college also accepts the GATE exam for admission to M.E./MTech.

KEC - Kongu Engineering College has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Ph.D.Candidate must have completed Master's degree in relevant field.
B.Sc.Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board.
B.E. / B.TechCandidate must have passed VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. from schools situated in Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu native candidate who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. or their equivalent exam from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply. They should produce Original Nativity Certificate. Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply. Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced. Children of employees in the Public Sector or Government recognized institutions had been working in their organisations for the past five years are also eligible, irrespective of their domicile. Other State candidates who have studied VIII, IX, X, XI and XII Std. in Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply.
MBA/PGDMCandidate who have completed 10+2+AMIE or 10+3 years diploma + AMIE are also eligible. AMIE candidate must have 2 years regular full time experience in the relevant field.
MCACandidate who have completed 10+2+AMIE or 10+3 years diploma + AMIE are also eligible. AMIE candidate must have 2 years regular full time experience in the relevant field.
M.E./M.TechCandidate who have completed 10+2+AMIE or 10+3 years diploma + AMIE are also eligible. AMIE candidate must have 2 years regular full time experience in the relevant field.
