Kerala or other states conduct their own Teacher Eligibility Test and that make people eligible to join jobs as offered. The screening level TET demands the requisite teaching subject qualification. For TGT, it will demand graduation and B.Ed. PG degree in the concerned subject is needed, in your case, a management degree is what will make you eligible.
