
The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has published the KLEE 2026 Answer Key for both 3-year and 5-year LLB courses. The KLEE Objection Window has been opened. What is KLEE?
Kerala Law Entrance Exam (KLEE) is an entrance exam held for admission in government law colleges and government merit seats in private self-financing law colleges. Candidates who pass the exam can participate in the KLEE centralised allotment process (CAP) for the allotment of seats in the law colleges. There are 4 law colleges and around 20 private self-financing law colleges in Kerala that participate in CAP.
In the KLEE exam, 200 MCQ-type questions are asked. The total marks on the paper are 600, and the exam duration is two hours. Separate exams are held for 3-year LLB, 5-year LLB, and LLM courses.

The answer key and question paper of KLEE is out. The answer key has the questions asked in the exam and the correct answers to them. Using the answer key, candidates will be able to cross-check their responses. They can know the number of correct and incorrect attempts. Using the marking scheme of the exam, they can then find out their probable score in the exam out of 600.

KLEE Result 2026

The KLEE 2026 result for 3-year LLB, 5-year LLB and LLM courses will be announced at cee.kerala.gov.in. The scorecard for an individual candidate will contain details, such as candidate's name, roll number, obtained marks and rank.
How to Download KLEE 2026 Scorecard?
The results for KLEE for all courses have been announced online only. Candidates can use the following steps to down the KLEE 2026 scorecard-
- Go to the CEE Kerala website - cee.kerala.gov.in.
- Click on the portal link for your respective law programme 3-year LLB/5-year LLB/LLM.
- Click on the scorecard link.
- Now, enter your KLEE hall ticket number and rank.
- Submit these details and your scorecard will open in a separate tab.
You need to download the scorecard and save it as PDF for the future reference.
After the release of the result, a merit list or rank list is uploaded as a PDF file on the official website. The candidates with names on the merit list can participate in CAP. The scorecard is issued to all candidates to take the exam. The KLEE 2026 rank list will have the roll number of the candidates, score, and KLEE 2026 rank / qualifying status. While the KLEE scorecard has the marks achieved by the candidates in KLEE 2026.
KLEE Cutoff 2026
There are 2 types of KLEE cutoff. First, the marks needed to qualify for the entrance exam. Second, the last rank up to which admission is provided to the law colleges via CAP. Check both types of KLEE cutoff below:

KLEE Counselling 2026
Counselling: To be notified
KLEE 2026 counseling for 5-year LLB, 3-year LLB and LLM courses will be conducted online. The counseling process is a single-window seat allotment process. Seats in all the law colleges are allotted via this centralised allotment process - CAP. In online counseling, candidates have to first register their options within the given deadline, then check the allotment result, and report to the college allotted for admission fee payments and document verification.
The entire counselling process of KEE 2026 will be online. However, verification of documents and fee payment will be done by reporting at the allotted colleges.
How to Check the KLEE Seat Allotment Result 2026?
KLEE Seat Allotment for all courses will be published on the website, cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates can check in the following manner.
- Candidates can access their homepage by entering their application number and password in the ‘Candidate Portal’ provided on the website.
- Then, by clicking the menu item ‘Allotment Result’, candidates can download their allotment memo and data sheet.
- Take a printout of the allotment memo and date sheet.

The KLEE or Kerala Law Entrance Exam is conducted for admission to the 5-year integrated B.A. LLB, B.Com LLB, and BBA LLB courses. Also, candidates can take admission to 3-year LLB and LLM courses through KLEE 2026.
The KLEE exam centre will be allotted along with the admit card. Candidates are advised to check the admit card to know about the exam centre and other details. Apart from the name and address of the allotted KLEE test centre, the admit card comprises details such as exam date, timing, exam day guidelines, etc.
The Entrance Examination for admission to the LLM curse is a Computer Based Test (CBT). The Questions of the Entrance Examination is of objective type. The questions shall be of the standard of LLB Examination. The LLM paper has 2 parts - part A and part B. There are a total of 200 questions in the exam. Part A has 100 questions and part 2 has 100 questions. Part A has 4 sections and Part B has 6 sections.
