The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has published the KLEE 2026 Answer Key for both 3-year and 5-year LLB courses. The KLEE Objection Window has been opened. Candidates can raise objections until July 2, 2026. Once all objections are received, the KLEE Final Answer Key will be published. What is KLEE?

Kerala Law Entrance Exam (KLEE) is an entrance exam held for admission in government law colleges and government merit seats in private self-financing law colleges. Candidates who pass the exam can participate in the KLEE centralised allotment process (CAP) for the allotment of seats in the law colleges. There are 4 law colleges and around 20 private self-financing law colleges in Kerala that participate in CAP.

In the KLEE exam, 200 MCQ-type questions are asked. The total marks on the paper are 600, and the exam duration is two hours. Separate exams are held for 3-year LLB, 5-year LLB, and LLM courses.

How to Download KLEE 2026 Scorecard?

The results for KLEE for all courses have been announced online only. Candidates can use the following steps to down the KLEE 2026 scorecard-

Go to the CEE Kerala website - cee.kerala.gov.in.
Click on the portal link for your respective law programme 3-year LLB/5-year LLB/LLM.
Click on the scorecard link.
Now, enter your KLEE hall ticket number and rank.
Submit these details and your scorecard will open in a separate tab.

You need to download the scorecard and save it as PDF for the future reference.

After the release of the result, a merit list or rank list is uploaded as a PDF file on the official website. The candidates with names on the merit list can participate in CAP. The scorecard is issued to all candidates to take the exam. The KLEE 2026 rank list will have the roll number of the candidates, score, and KLEE 2026 rank / qualifying status. KLEE 2026 counseling for 5-year LLB, 3-year LLB and LLM courses will be conducted online. The counseling process is a single-window seat allotment process. Seats in all the law colleges are allotted via this centralised allotment process - CAP. In online counseling, candidates have to first register their options within the given deadline, then check the allotment result, and report to the college allotted for admission fee payments and document verification.

The entire counselling process of KEE 2026 will be online. However, verification of documents and fee payment will be done by reporting at the allotted colleges.

How to Check the KLEE Seat Allotment Result 2026?

KLEE Seat Allotment for all courses will be published on the website, cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates can check in the following manner.

Candidates can access their homepage by entering their application number and password in the ‘Candidate Portal’ provided on the website.
Then, by clicking the menu item ‘Allotment Result’, candidates can download their allotment memo and data sheet.

KLEE Admit Card 2026

KLEE 2026 admit card has been released for all the registered candidates online on the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in. Admit cards will not be sent by post. The admit card is made available via separate links for 3 years LLB, 5 years LLB entrance exams.

The admit card contains the reporting time for the exam, the allotted exam centre, exam date, time and other important information. To download the KLEE 2026 admit card, candidates have to use their application number and password. Candidates have to carry the KLEE admit card on the day of the exam in printed format. The print must be coloured.

Candidates must report to the exam centre at the time given by the exam authority.
They will be provided with an access card on which their username, seat number, and roll number will be mentioned.
All candidates must use the username to use the computer system that will be provided to them to take the KLEE 2026 exam.
They also need to sit in the place that is mentioned in their access card (seat number).
All exam takers are strictly prohibited from using a keyboard while taking the exam. Wherever the keyboard is required to take the examination, a virtual keyboard will appear on the computer screen.

KLEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Before registering for the KLEE 2026 application process, candidates were advised to check these criteria carefully. Following is the eligibility criteria for

3 years LLB

Candidates should be Indian citizens.
They should be a graduate of a recognised university.
Minimum marks in graduation should be 45% for general category, 42% for EWS category, and 40% for SC / ST category
No upper age limit or lower age limit criteria for three-year LLB course.

Following is the eligibility criteria for For 5 years LLB:

Applicants should be Indian citizens.
Candidates should have passed / appearing in class 10+2 examination.
Minimum marks in graduation should be 45% for general category, 43% for EWS category, and 40% for SC / ST category.
Must be 17 years of age.

Following is the eligibility criteria for For LLM

Candidates should be Indian citizens.
Candidates must have an LLB degree (5 year / 3-year course).
