KSOU B.Ed 2019 Eligibility
Academic Qualification
Candidates must have passed Bachelors degree in relevant stream from any recognized University.
Candidates having Masters Degree in Science, Humanities, Social Science, Commerce & another relevant appearing can also be eligible to apply.
Candidates passed in Bachelors Degree should have 50% marks.
Candidates with a reserved category will get relaxation of 5%.
Working as a full-time teacher at any level in a recognized educational institution at the time of applying for the Program (Honorary/Part-time teachers are not eligible).

Hi,
Eligibility:
Aspirants must have a Bachelors/ Masters degree and must have passed with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) in the examination.
Selection Process:
The selection will be made based on B.Ed CET exam scores and counseling process.
KSOU B.Ed is recognized by the Distance Education Council (New Delhi) as well as the University Grants Commission.

and in Karnataka open university, they offer full time and regular course for it.

That's not possible, as every course whether its distance or regular has a maximum time to complete and it's 15 years now, so you have already exceeded the maximum time limit for the course.
