Frankly speaking your BSc in nursing is good enough graduation to go abroad either canada or any country. Hence i feel you will be wasting your time by doing any other course in india either by distance or by part time. I would like to strongly advise you that please approach and agency which is dealing with sending people abroad. In western countries particularly in canada and uk there is acute shortage of nursing professionals and you have a bright chance.
Best wishes to you .

If your degree has not yet been released by the degree, go to your dean and VC and get an application etc. Signed by them regarding your eligibility. All universities give a provisional degree, but if you do not have even that then you have to go to your dean and VC.

It is indeed very nice to know that you are interested in doing your graduation after completion of your Diploma. Now, if you have done your Diploma after class 12th, then there is no issues. You can simply join any graduation like BA since eligibility is class 12th. However, if you have not done class 12th, then you will have to take "equivalence" to class 12th certificate from the institute where you are doing your Diploma. That's all. However, unlike engineering where you can get admission directly into 2nd here, here you will have to take admission in first year.
Best wishes to you.
