English fluency is not compulsory to become a Radio Jockey. Many popular RJs host shows in Hindi, regional, or mixed languages, depending on their audience.
What's more important is clear communication, confidence, and relatability. However, having proficiency in English alongside regional languages can create wider opportunities across national and international stations.

Being proficient in German certainly opens up more job opportunities to international students in roles where language is important such as Teaching and Retail.

But it is okay if someone is not proficient in German there are plenty of top organizations that give preference to an individual's skill set over language proficiency, and most IT jobs don't require German language proficiency; however, proficiency in English is very important.
