International students from a non-English speaking country have to submit English proficiency test scores. The scores should not be more than 2 years old. Following are the test scores accepted by Lehman College-
| Duolingo | The minimum Duolingo score accepted is 85. |
| IELTS - Academic | The minimum IELTS Academic score accepted is 6 |
| TOEFL | The minimum TOEFL score accepted is 500 (paper-based test) and 61 (TOEFL iBT). |

If English was not the medium of instruction used at the undergraduate level, then students have to submit English proficiency test scores and exams accepted by Nanyang Business School are:
TOEFL: a minimum score of 100 for the iBT or 600 in a paper-based test

The English proficiency exams accepted by the ISEG-Lisbon School of Economics and Management are :-
