Hello Nagaraj Belam, it's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering after completion of your Diploma in engineering. Yes, every state enables students who have passed Diploma to take admission directly into second year of 4 year degree course in engineering via what is called as lateral admission process.
