However since many private engineering colleges are established by politically connected people, state government's allow such admissions when seats are NIT getting filled up. B.Tech lateral is a regular stream course three years of duration, so how could you spare self is a big question. While doing distance B.Tech is not valid as per UGC and AICTE guidelines. The AMIE is the best option for you. AMIE degree is AICTE approved and accepted in all Government department.
