Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University. To be eligible for UGC NET exam you must secure 55% aggregate marks in your Masters' degree. If you have not secured this percentage in your distance MBA degree, you can't appear for the exam. If LPU is offering you 2nd year lateral entry for MBA programme and you get your master's degree with 55% aggregate marks scored, then you can apply for UGC NET exam by presenting that degree you received from LPU.
