Yes, you can get admission but in order to get admission in College of Engineering Pune (COEP) direct in 2nd year of B.Tech/BE course, you have to appear in lateral entry examinations like LEET/ECET/JELET after completing your Diploma from any recognised board.
You must have 60% of marks in your Diploma. According to your rank and performance in LEET/ECET/JELET, you will be allotted a seat in a particular college and then you can take admission directly in 2nd year of B.Tech/BE in that college.

You might have a chance if you have any reservation criteria else give it a try. You have very great chances to get into this institute, with this rank. Attend the counselling and choose your options appropriately. Try Shiksha college predictor for better analysis.

For lateral entry you have to give preferred exam and secure a good rank or if it is a private college then you can get admitted through management quota with slightly high fees and check the fee structure on college's website.
