Aspirants need to fill the application form online on the official website. Aspirants are informed that in order to fill the application form entrance exam for UG course admissions they need to register on the admission portal. Applicants need to upload their photograph and scanned signature such that it is maximum of 50 KB in size and is in JPG/ JPEG/ PNG format. Apart from the amount mentioned below, aspirants need to pay additional registration fee for every Course/Programme for which they are applying for the entrance exam. The syllabus is same as you have studied in standard 12th level. But in your question, you have not mentioned for which competitive entrance exam you want to go for. Still, I will say you that WBJEE is the best one to go for the lateral entry exam. Here, you will simply have to fill up the application form and then if you get selected then you will be admitted in the 2nd year of engineering. The syllabus is the same as you have studied in the +2 level. Just go through the 11th and 12th syllabus thoroughly.

Online application: 3rd week of May 2018.
Last date of receipt of completed application form with demand draft at DTE office: Last week of May 2018.
Issue of admit card: 1st week of June 2018.
Date of Examination: 2nd week of Jun 2018.
