Yes, but you need to do a job for 2 years. They will offer admission after 2 years of job experience. This rule is only for B.Techn (lateral entry).

I will suggest you Jamia, Thapar, Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College-Ludhiana, HBTU, and IET-Lucknow. I am also doing engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College-Ludhiana.

Yes, you can appear for the entrance exam conducted by various colleges and universities. For example, Jamia, IPU, Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College-Ludhiana, Punjab, Thapar, SLIET, PEC-Chandigarh, HBTU, Uttar Pradesh, etc.

No, you can't appear in lateral entry exam. It is basically for Diploma holders only.

I don't know about any college in Bareilly but I recommend to fill the form of IPU, Jamia, and Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana. In this, I am also pursuing in B.Tech through lateral entry.

Yes, you can take. I suggest you to choose Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana as it is the best for civil. They give admission on the basis of percentage.

You can take admission in Punjab because here the admission are given on the basis of percentage if your percentage above 75 then you get best engineering college of Punjab such as GNE, Ludhiana.

At present I am pursuing B.Tech from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana Punjab. In this college you can take admission through PTU counseling or through spot counseling on the basis of percentage in Diploma. The college fees is about 85,000 and hostel is 50,000 including mess.
