Patna University MLET question paper contains two sections, namely, Paper 1 and Paper. Each question carries 1 mark. There will be 50 multiple choice-based questions in the Paper 1. Paper 2 will have 10 subjective questions from Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law of India, Law of Evidence and Procedures, Law of Contract and International Law. Candidates will have to attempt any 5 questions out of these 10 questions.

Yes, candidates can get admission the 3-year LLB course offered by Jindal Global Law School without taking JSAT Law. For this, they will have to take LSAT India. The institute accepts LSAT India scores for admission to law courses.

The JSAT Law (Jindal Scholastic Aptitude Test - Law) eligibility criteria for the BA in Legal Studies program at O.P. Jindal Global University are as follows:

No, candidates cannot get admission to a 5-year LLB course through SLS AIAT. For admission for BA LLB (Hons.) and BBA LLB (Hons.) courses offered by SLS Pune, SLS Hyderabad, SLS Noida and SLS Nagpur, Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) is conducted.

Yes, students currently in their final year of graduation can apply for SLS AIAT for admission to LLM. However, their admission will be provisional, based on the condition that they successfully complete their graduation exams and fulfill the eligibility criteria for the law programme they are applying for. Candidates will need to present proof of passing their LLB all semester exams during counselling or admission.

The Patna University BLET counselling will tentatively be conducted in September 2026. Candidates who qualify for the Patna University BLET exam will be eligible for the counselling.

There is no upper age limit for candidates to get admission to LLB programme through Patna University BLET. They only need to meet the Patna University BLET eligibility criteria, crack the entrance and obtain marks equal to or greater than the Patna University BLET cutoff for admission.
