Candidates can apply online for admission to the BCom LLB course at BMS College of Law. Currently, the official website of the college is showing the notification of BCom LLB admission 2024. However, the website has removed the 'Apply Now' tab from the website. Hence, 2024 admission is closed now, and the college does not provide an accurate date for applying for the BCom LLB course and its entrance exam. Prospective candidates can directly reach the college's admission office for clarification on admission dates for the last 2024 batch and for the upcoming 2025 batch.

To get admission to a five-year BCom LLB course at BMS College of Law, candidates must pass Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate from a recognised board. Admission to this course is based on both merit and entrance. Candidates are required to qualify BMSCLAT entrance test, after qualifying the basic eligibility criteria. In the last step of the admission process, the college releases a merit list according to the scores secured by the candidates in the entrance examination (BMSCLAT).

Candidates after completing LLM from NLU Visakhapatnam can apply for jobs in government sector. The degree holders can work as Public Prosecutor, Legal Associate, Civil Judge in various Government Departments. Yes, you can get admission in a LLM course of DSNLU with that rank. In 2024, the closing rank for LLM in Criminal Law stood at 2033. Hence, there are chances of your selection. The NLU Visakhapatnam LLM closing rank can vary from one specialisation to another. However, considering the cutoff trend, you may get admission in a LLM course in the subsequent rounds, even if not the first round of seat allotment.

BMS College of Law accepts the BMSCLAT (BMS College of Law Admission Test) as its entrance exam for admission to the BCom LLB programme. Candidates applying for this programmes must excel in the BMSCLAT entrance exam, which is followed by a Personal Interview as part of the selection process. Admissions at BMS College of Law are merit-based and also consider entrance exam performance. To be eligible, students must achieve a minimum aggregate of 45% in their higher-senior secondary examination.

Before applying for admission, aspirants must check out the course-specific eligibility requirements.
