You must have finished your 10+2 with at least 50% (45% for reserved categories) in order to be eligible for admission to MIT WPU's BBA LLB program. You can apply using the MIT-WPU UGPET exam or by submitting your results from tests such as the LSAT, CLAT, or MH CET Law. Proceed to the official MIT WPU website, complete the application form, pay the application money, and show up for the admission exam. Administrative law oversees administrative agencies' operations and judgments, whereas constitutional law outlines the core structure and authorities of the government.Administrative law and constitutional law are intertwined in the sense that administrative agencies must act within the framework of the Constitution. Administrative agencies, for example, are not permitted to enact rules or regulations that contradict the Constitution. Furthermore, decisions taken by administrative agencies can be challenged in court on constitutional grounds.
