You can do it yourself, it is not tough enough to go for coaching. You can take help of youtube tutors that's all.

Yes, admissions are open for BE/B.Tech (LEET) at TIET. But the last date to apply for the same is July 31, 2019. So you still have 2 days to apply for the course.
