Hello Kanishka, LEET is the generic name for entrance exam conducted for admission in engineering via lateral mode. It's not all India test. Every state has it's own method. Some states admit students based on marks of Diploma also. I would therefore like to advise you that please have a look at the webpage of "dte of tech education" of your state for information and other details.
