To secure LLM seats at Tamil Nadu National Law University candidates must complete the admission procedure. The procedure mainly includes application process, entrance exam, counselling, cutoff, merit lists, and fee payment. Candidates who will be shortlisted for CLAT 2025 admission process will have pay the confirmation fee to hold the seat. The admission process for CLAT 2025 will conclude with five rounds of the counselling process.

The TNNLU LLM application fee is the CLAT 2025 application fee. The fees are different as per the categories candidates belong to. For General/OBC/PWD/PIO/OCI/NRI, the application fee is INR 4,000 and for SC/ST/BPL category, the application fee is INR 3,500. Extra charges of INR 500 are applicable if candidates want to obtain previous years' CLAT question papers from the exam authority. Apart from CLAT application fee and cost of question paper bundle, candidates need not pay any other charges.

The postgraduate level course is also offered full-time and has two academic semesters. Further, the law programme is offered across three specialisations includingCorporate and Securities Laws, Intellectual Property Laws, and Natural Resources Law. LLM at TNNLU is offered under the UGC Guidelines 2012 following the semester pattern.

The eligibility criteria for LLM at Tamil Nadu National Law University is to have a degree in LLB or equivalent law degree with 55% aggregate (50% in case the students are from SC/ST/PwD category). Further, candidates must also appear for the the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) exam to get admitted to the LLM course. TNNLU students are shortlisted based on the merit of the entrance exam and the academic qualifications of the students.

For admission to LLM, Tamil Nadu National Law University accepts CLAT score. So, apart from the course fee, candidates need to submit the CLAT registration fee aswell. The LLM fees are as follows:

One-time Payment: INR 35,000
Hostel Fee: INR 6.25 lakh

Yes, the LLM course is available at UWSL, Karnavati University. The university offers a one-year LLM course at the PG level. To be eligible for the award of the degree, candidates shall complete the course in a maximum period of one year from the date of enrolment for the first semester of the course. Candidates must be Law graduates to apply for the LLM course.
