LLM through distance or correspondence mode is not recognised or valid. If any university offer such course, then you need to check the recognition status of that particular university or report to bar council of India regarding this.

Yes, LLB from IGNOU is valid for job and LLM later at NLU'S later. Both ways you can apply for job, but NLU will give you market value.
