It is not necessary to do LLM from abroad. Doing LLM is good, as it has several benefits in career in respect of salary and promotions. You can do LLM from tier 1 NLU, but choose a subject which is in demand today like commercial law and IPR.

Yes, you can apply. Some LLM courses require 1-2 years' work experience in the legal profession. You must also have good academic record and must take the IELTS.
