Applicants whose first language is not English must submit PTE score for California State University Los Angeles admission. Below table includes the minimum PTE score with other English langauge test accepts at California State University Los Angeles. For UG, PTE score required is 44 or higher and for PG courses admission, the score required can be 53 or higher.

Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field with a GPA of 3.0 or better. A promising applicant with a GPA below 3.0 may be admitted as a special action student. This is stated on their website so just check the department site for details. Here is the URL

A GPA 3.0 indicates 80% and above marks, but you should get it clarified with the university.
