Yes, students can appeal admission decisions at UCLA University. For a decision to be overturned, students need to provide new academic and personal information.
The chances of the decision getting overturned are low, but very much possible. That is, if the admission team sees merit in the new admission application.
Appeals can be made between Apr 1 and Apr 15. It may take a few weeks for the university to share a fresh admission decision.

After paying the initial deposit, it usually takes around 2 weeks to obtain the I-20 form from the UCLA University Los Angeles. During peak admission season, it may take more than this (1-2 months realistically).
Indian students need to send in their applications in advance to allow enough time for processing the I-20 and avoiding delays.
